First Spark Blog Since February!

It’s been quite a journey these last 6 months on a personal level. For the first time in my life, I was in a long-term relationship that ended and I was devastated. Coupled with that, several mini-crisis that threatened to undermine all the hard work I had put into rehabilitating myself mentally and spiritually.
All the storms have settled at this point and I feel stronger than ever… especially when it comes to this new chapter of my life with regards to taking better care of myself. I am working out regularly. I joined the Las Vegas Athletic Club a month and a half ago and, since joining, I have never done less than an hour on the elliptical.
I challenge myself and push hard, even when my body is telling me to quit. I love feeling this inner strength that I never really knew I had. It is empowering! It is addicting! It is inspiring!!! Thanks for reading.
